02 sensor?

02 sensor?
I scanned the car today - NO CEL, NO rough idling, but saw this:1 Fault Found:
15356 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Signal B1 S2
P2270 00 [096] - too Lean
Intermittent - Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
Freeze Frame:
Fault Status: 00000001
Fault Priority: 2
Fault Frequency: 1

Thoughts on this? is it an exhaust leak somewhere or do I have a sensor I need to replace?
If so which one?
I cleared the codes - should I wait a few more days of driving to see if it pops up?

I have had this code on my 2014 A8L 4.0. I was going to change the sensor but never got around to it.
I cleared the code and noticed that it returns again not too long after filling up petrol. I now ensure that I use Esso super fuel or the best fuel at the pump and rarely see this code again. I once forgot and used normal unleaded and it came back very quickly.
I would say clear the code and see if it makes a difference where you get fuel from. It's worth a try and it's free!
