Farthest to closest--relative to master cylinder--is the common old school convention I use. Not critical as long as you get all old fluid flushed though, and typically understood to do rear axle first.
Since Audi's have been dual diagonal master cylinder brake set ups for decades, you can also debate doing it basically in order around the perimeter of the car from back to front. Thus going RR LR LF etc. Then you avoid doing the LR RF step that would draw on same chamber of the master cylinder in sequence.
Nuance, but also why helpful to include geography in avatar, signature, something. Starting point for LHD/RHD varies here in theory.
