Default american cars are like 250 a set

i cant spend 1000 on a set for a 12 v thats my 30v engine ill be booking out that money for but still whats the cheapest or am i going to have to get them made?

Default I only know of a few sets for the 12v...

There were a few sets of TDL unequal length sets made, one of which I have. One set of TDL equal length stainless which Mance (VAP) has, and one set of mild steel which were floating around the 12v forum for a while. Basically, you have to have them made custom or get lucky and find a set on here. Either way you're paying upwards of 1k.

But unless you have lots of other mods on the car you don't need headers. There's much more to be gained on the intake side of things first.

ill make them i wont do the intake without headers because im doing a head job and any ideas on weisco pistons

Default If you can make them, that's fine...but you should know...

the stock exhaust is already pretty free-flowing, and there is a ton of work to be done on the intake which will be WAY more beneficial to you. Click the links in my sig for the IM workshop, RS3 MAF, and SXTB. There is also an intake hose kit which you can put together.

But, you may as well do it when you have the heads off if you have the fabrication skills.

Not sure where you can find pistons, but they are WAY unnecessary unless you plan to go stand-alone engine management with high revs or a turbo setup.

Default Turbo just got it in and its huge. can i use my old 200 turbo intercooler.

in the future im going to tune a 30v i can purchase an audi wagon of my choice for 3500 suck thing to do to a perfectly fine car but im going to twin turbo it and try for maximum power this is just a first time turbo and stand alone project. stiffer valves ported heads weisco pistons bigger header to match and a single turbo and a small r8 copy intake. the turbo is twice the size of the 200s is an old s6 inter cooler better?
