Door lock fun
The car has the key actuated lock and alarm, no infrared or key fob. But it wouldn't lock the entire car, all it would do is unlock.
So, I tore into the door and found the micro-switch on the key cylinder is bad. I have it working now and am putting her all back together as we speak.
The back seat is equally torn apart to get the pump out and test it too....which I actually wound up not needing to do.
That seatbelt part actually got put in a $10 grab bag of goodies I picked up that day. I'll email you tonight or tomorrow.

2)Use a thin, wide bladed something at the lower vertical seam of the interior door handle and pop off that plastic face of the handle.
3)Remove the 2 screws hidden inside the remain part of the handle.
4)Use your wide blade tool to lift out the driver's door master window switch. Later cars, like '95 on, have a spring loaded bail at the forward facing edge, so pry there to lift up that edge. Earlier cars have the bail at the rearward facing edge of the switch, so pry there on the early car.
6)Unplug the harness from the master window switch
7)Pull out the black trim piece in front of the interior door latch
8)Slide the door opening latch assembly forward and then pull it out a bit...not too far yet.
9)Turn the latch assembly over, remove the spring loaded clip a the rear that is holding down the door opening cable. Now rotate the latch assembly so the door opening cable's end hook comes out of the eyelet.
10)Unplug the power lock (or power window switch if it's not the driver's door you're working on) and remove the door opening latch assembly
11)Remove the 2 screws at the top corners of the door panel which go into the black window frame.
12)Remove the hidden screw that is behind the upholstery just behind where the opening latch assembly was located. You may only see a small round tear or slot in the upholstery, but stick your philips screwdriver in there and you'll find the screw.
13)I didn't remove my lock button because it didn't unscrew easily and I didn't want to snap a plastic pivot point retainer down in the door...so, I just push the door striker catch closed and then pushed the lock button down.
14)The door panel now lifts up about an inch and then comes out toward you as you maneuver it away from the window frame
15)Keep the door panel in your lap and looking behind it, you'll see what plugs and plug-ins need to be removed so you can completely get the door panel away and set aside.
That's it. Just really take your time. 10 extra minutes is nothing compared to snapping something off and realizing you just ruined a $500 door panel or a $100 switch or latch assembly.
