Default errors errors BEEP BEEP

My 93 100CSq is constantly nagging me about some light or another being out. See picture for the icon it shows. Only problem is, I can't find a blown bulb aside from the ones in the interior. I've already replaced the headlight bulbs. Can someone tell me where I should be looking to fix this?

In the meantime, I've placed electrical tape over the beep speaker, which makes it much quieter. I've also removed the screwdrivers from the passenger compartment so my passengers don't stab my instrument cluster in a fit of rage.

Default could be as simple as mis-matched bulbs in the tail lights or

brake lights.

IIRC, that circuit compares the resistance of the bulbs and registers an error if the difference is too great.

Default I thought the rear lights have a slightly different icon...

...Additionally, I haven't done any replacing of the rear lights.

So nobody's ever had this testing system go haywire for no reason? Should I buy all new bulbs all around and hope that it placates the angry computer?

Default This should permanently fix your problem...

In most cases it does. Not for me though, I've tried just about everything and can't get the warning to go away. Good luck...

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4s6/msgs/102415.phtml</a

Default ^^Yep, that's what mine did when I put generic bulbs in my 3rd brake light...

...but you'll get the same warning if you replace just one tail light, or one brake light with a different one. You have to replace all the parking and running and brake lights in pairs.

Too cold for me, thanks. ;-)
