Motronic fuel pressure regulator electrics
My KE Motronic fuel pressure regulator has failed. I tested the solenoid power source with a 12 volt test light but it didn't light up when I started the ignition. Should the power source be able to light up such a test bulb?
Is this now an ECU problem?

That UK model doesn't appear to be a C4 platform. Do you have the 2.8L V6 or the 5-cylinder...
in-line engine? If you have the 5-cylinder in-line, you might get better response by posting on the 5000/100/200/V8 discussion forum.

I have an Audi 100 2E (2 litre)
The engine is an AAD model with a Bosch KE motronic air mass, and fuel pressure regulator. I am unable to attach a photo but my email address is cunliffe9@aol.com. I can send you a photo attachment if you think it would help.
This type of air/fuel system is also on the coupe model.

Your Audi 100 2E (2 litre) is a C4.
