Need help with Climate Control issues....
1) Few days ago it started to let warm air into the cabin even when CC unit is completely off and AC couldn't generate cold air. Pulled codes trough CC unit and replaced Temperature Regulator Flap Motor G92. Now AC works good but air is still coming in with CC off. Pulled the codes again: 08.3/08.7/15.6/15.7
2)when AC is on fan makes screeching noise.

Looks like you may have a problem with the two flap regulators in the engine bay, at least I think it is those. The one on the driver's side of heater box and the other on passanger side.
I had a similar problem with some codes and I rebuilt my servos. Here is something I wrote up:
