O2 sensor replacement HOW ?
Ok, I did do a search and came up empty for teh C4 platform and the 2.8 V6. With the heads off the job of replacing the O2 sensors is easy. So how is it done without taking the engine apart? Am I missing that there is a special tool other than a standard O2 sensor tool. I know it is 22mm. Give me a clue someone out here has done it.

yea, i'm baffled too. On my 1995 2.8 C4, the 02 sensor is staring at me on the end of the manifold, out in the open screaming "turn me". Unliek the one's i've needed to replace which were buried between something burning hot and the jaws of a tiger.

On the left side of the 2.8L 12 valve AFC engine there is a coolant pipe near the oxygen sensor, so you may have to modify an offset oxygen sensor wrench to clear this pipe. This may be done with a die grinder or a ginding wheel.
