Default Replacing gear shift boot???

I have searched the forum on how to find out how to replace the shift boot on my car but no luck!

Anyone able to tell me as mine is not looking too good. I don't want to damage anything by trying to figure it out on my own.

Any help appreciated

Unscrew the shift **** and pry on the back two corners of the boot with a flathead screwdriver.

Default I got a shift boot from a A4, it worked out pretty well.

It's really simple to remove.

Might be easy, but I have no idea where to start. I couldn't find any info on the FAQ thread
