Trouble Starting

Recently it has been very cold in seattle 30 Degrees or so. My 1992 100 S has a bit of trouble turning over first thing in the morning. It starts but almost wont without a little assistance from the gas pedal. Then once it is started, it almost dies instantly unless I rev it up again. This has mostly only been happening since the cold but there was not that powerful start it seemed to have when I bought it 9 months ago. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
ps I recently replaced spark plugs with the Bosch Platinum 4s.

Mine did something similar....turned out to be the fuel pump. Did you check the fuel filter?

I have not checked the fuel filter and now that you mention it it does look a bit old! Thanks for the advice. Did you have to change out your fuel pump?
Any directions on how to do so? Thanks
