85' Coupe GT; replacement spare donut tires? Where do you get one?

Hey, guys... more questions! In the quest to get this Audi back on the road; my little sister destroyed the spare "donut" tire, the rim is fine, however! Our local tire guy cannot find these things; not from the dealer and not using the part # (other cars used these as well), apparently, they are not made anymore! If anyone has had luck getting some or has a source, please let me know!

I have a few if you need one....

where are you located? Shipping would be a little spendy, but it shouldn't be terrible.
