Default Your IAT could be bad, 02 sensor bad, one thing for sure your cats will clog if its that rich...

Can you pull codes on the motor? Is that what your trip computer says or have you calced it out? I just went through this nightmare and was convinced mine was at about this mileage. Some enlightened folks here told me to reset the trip computer and even it's not that accurate. Reset the trip computer and found that I was actually at 23-24 MPG at times and at 16-18 MPG at others. Been tipping into the throttle lately?
Reset your computer on the windshield wiper stalk to 0.0 and start driving and watch the computer.

Default does not have the trip computer...

and the odometer stopped working a while back so.. it only an estimate. we do know that it gets much much worse milage than my 4kq, as well as any other car ive ever driven.

i rather hope the cat isnt clogged.. dont suppose id like to buy a new one..

i can try to pull codes later today or so, if i can find a small bulb/led. id forgotten about that.

thanks for your response
