90 100 starting problem
Now here is the problem last night onece again I was driving the car for about an hour brought the car home let it sit for about 30 min. and she would not start. Raising up on the key....nothing worked. Do you think the starter is getting heat soaked and not turning over? All other electrical items work and the battery is new. I know about the ignition switch problem but would run time have anything to do with that?
Thanks

I am not getting any check engine light. Car runs excellent when it does start. Does the Crank Ref or
hall sender have any input into the starting circuit?

However, I suspect you're starter and or the wiring is failing to operate properly at higher temps. You should see around 12-12.5 v at the starter. If you are seeing voltage when hot, then the starter is most likely at fault. If no volatage, then you may want to consider pulling the wires from the starter and freshening the connections to the starter.

Yeah when warm I hit the key and it just sits ther No clicking on the starter. No rotation at all. All the electronics work fine on the dash...lights....all of it. When cold or I just run it in the garage for 20 minutes starts right up. Drove it for an hour yesterday in stop and go traffic and when I went start it again after it sat for 30 min then the no start.
Thanks again
Brian
