I need to buy a battery of course. I am out of work and broke.
So in time.
this is my issue.
I just purchased a 5000 CS, 88.
I can not get it started. It has a built in bypass someone put in with a toggle switch. The starter sounds like it wants to catch but does not.
Can it be as easy as the starter or is it the funny security system?
Please help if you could.
Updated, it did start after being jumped and run for a good hour. But, when it came to start it back up this is where the issue was.
So ok today i went out and checked the car out.
I found my gremlin. I am not sure what it is. It looks like a spare and it does not match anything from the fuse box cover.
it was sucking 6.3 volts while the car was not even started. and thus draining the battery and the 10 amp fuse was burnt out. No idea what this may be.
