Top of the coolant flange, black colour
Unfortunately you missed that part in my previous post. It is in the area beside top radiator hose where it exits from the engine head. Measure the resistance on both prongs of the coolant sensor, and check the wiring to the ECU/CSV, should the resistance values be within specs. Lastly, if everything checks out OK, do not rule out CSV failure, as I had seen it (rare but possible that it would not spray when energized).
