Megasquirt EFi on my 10v turbo, what do I need?
Hey guys, I'm considering getting rid of the CIS system and going to an EFI system to get more boost pressure wihtout running lean. I've looked into the megasquirt system because it is much cheaper than the 034EFI system.
What do I need to make this come alive? A detailed list of parts and installation guide/tips would help out greatly.

Guys who have done the Megasquirt swap might be able to give better advice as to what is required in regards to the wiring harness for the computer, etc. (I use 034, so i just bought theirs)
You Will need,
(1) A fuel rail
(2) Injectors (since you want more power, I believe the 42lb injectors are probably the smallest you'd wanna go
(3) Injector Inserts so you can get the injectors mounted properly in the head
(4) A Fuel Pressuer Regulator of some kind
(5) Fuel Lines and fittings to mate with your existing source
(6) For my 034 setup relays were needed, I don't know about Megasquirt
(7) After dealing with a tuning nightmare, I HIGHLY recommend a wideband 02 sensor, but you CAN tune without one.
(8) Assuming this is on a 10vt motor, you'll need the 5-window distributor from a NA 5 cyl motor.
...Its important, in my mind, that whatever you work the price out to exactly, add a couple hundred dollars more for small, stupid stuff that might (and usually does, in mu case) pop up.
There's more... but I've got class now. Adam and Jeff are both on here, both have megasquirt (I think) and are real helpful.

I've done quite a few searches actually . . .I wanted to get a good grasp of what I was getting into.

fuel rail and injector bungs from 034efi.com
fuel injectors from racetronix.com
fuel line and fittings from jegs.com
fuel pressure regulator from autozone or ebay
diyautotune has the IAT sensor
I'm using stock coolant sensor
that should get you started
