The flaps control motor is the same on the V8 and 200q20v.

The flaps motor has an electronic strip inside that the drive system uses to determine where to stop along its path of travel, depending upon messages from the CC cabin sensors and the temperature requested on the CC head.

I just got the temperature flap problem sorted, it was actually the connector of the servo that was not connecting properly.
I guess i pulled it out when i was cleaning the area.
The connector was broken, so the internals would come out of it. I noticed this when when i opened the rubber boot.
