Does this look familiar? "Our" rear suspension is actually "from" the later and...
more widely known B5 (chassis)/A4 (model) shown below. Perhaps a more popular/numerous model. Talk about a time machine, we avoid the troublesome (IMHO) aluminum front suspension, yet enjoy the future car's, specific to the rear-end (rather than the B3 rear's turned-around front-end) geometry! As we may be pretty small potatoes in comparison to these later cars, hence the lack of obvious "90" rear damper listings; unless you know what to look for.
Once you start to look at all the models (see Europe) that share these same bushings and dampers, you may find there are more choices than you might have otherwise imagined.

Here's a parts diagram, you can see the upper inner bushings (#4)...
There are a couple of variations of the upper arm (#3) itself (forged; and stamped/welded); and in each case the OEM bushings are different lengths; and are installed differently (from inboard vice outboard); and have a different length through-bolt (#17).
Note also how the diagram appears to indicate that a new upper arm comes with the bushings (#4 & #5) installed. Again a search here will reveal more.
