Multi-Function Temperature Sensor

Where is a good location or vendor that has these things available!? It's the sensor that is on the firewall side of the coolant hose. Any thoughts? My coolant gauge works but not well...after some reading it could be a quick fix if this MFTS is replaced...can this be verified?

Hmmm

I perused AutohausAZ's website as well as called them and they only have available a 3-pin temperature switch. That's not what I'm looking for is it? From what I understand the MFTS is a sensor and not a switch...and they tend to get old and crumbly from going thru so many heat cycles over the years and are more of a plastic piece where the actual sensor resides inside the coolant pipe...can someone help me locate one? or show me a photo of one so I may have better luck locating one? Sorry if this is ridiculous, just trying to get the car in better running condition.
