Overheating
1996 Audi Cabriolet (115k miles)
Had a problem with the car overheating and using up coolant, replaced the overflow tank about 2 months ago.
Everything seemed Ok for a while, but then the car started overheating again, and had a new water pump put in.
Now just 1 week later the car is still overheating, and there is some smoke comming from the engine in front of the drivers side.
Does it sound like I have to get a new radiator, or might it be something smaller?
Need Help

the "smoke" is probably steam from the evaporating coolant...
coming off a leak somewhere or the thermostat. I would get the car running to the point it does this... park it, e-brake and lift hte hood and start hunting the steam down. you will most likely be able to smell the anti-freeze, but it should be fairly easy to locate with it running. scour the ENTIRE radiator's surface for moisture/condensation and then go over EVERY coolant hose and connection.
