process for reporting a lost package?
I shipped a package through USPS and though the delivery confirmation says the package was received.. the person I sent it to says they did not receive it. I do have insurance on it for $200.00, so what do I do to get my money back?aaa

Doubt you'll get anywhere but...
The USPS is resonsible for getting the delivery confirmation, and they did. Call them and see what they say. See if nothing else who signed for it. They should have some sort of record of who and when it was signed for. Might yield something.

yep, I've had that happen before, but they actually delivered it to my
neighbors house who wasn't there, but the delivery guy said that he delivered it, until challenged, when he finally said that he might have put it at the wrong house.
