short to ground fuse 28

I have narrowed it down to the two red wires coming off the ignition switch are bleeding to ground when the ignition is on. I can't find the problem after taking every fuse and relay out of the car. I have just the AUDI shop electrical manual to work with.

I was having the WOT/idle switch code flash on and off and sometimes stay on. The switch is fine, but I'm guessing the short must be in that harness. I'm getting all sorts of shorted wires to the ECU and ignition control mod. This must be because the + flow is going to ground somewhere. The car runs fine (idles high 1,100rpm) even with the shorted wires all plugged in.

So where do all the right engine wiring harness plugs go to?

I have swapped these parts to know:
ECU is good
Ignition switch is good

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. Do you want to know where the harness plugs are located, or where the engine wiring comes to the fuse block, or what? I'm not sure I can help, but I'll try if I know what you're trying to find out.
