A3 Ordered
Traded my 02 TT on an 04 GTI a year ago June to cut my expenses.
The GTI has been a good car, but I've never been as happy with the VW as I have been with the Audi's I've owned.
Ordered an A3 on Friday night.
2.0T 6-speed
Ocean Blue / Grey Leather

Convenience
Open Sky
Bluetooth
Xenon
Now the agonizing wait.

I haven't seen Ocean Blue in person, so I'm hoping that it's as good as it seems to be.
First car I've ever ordered, I've always gone the instant gratification route and bought something they had on the lot.

Great choice :-). Our is also ocean blue with gray interior. It was a special order and came in one month earlier (60 days) than the earliest date we have expected (90 - 100 days). Before we got our A3, we used to stopped by the dealer on a weekly basis after the buisnees hour is over to take a good long look at the A3 in the lot. The wait was absolutely a torture...

A month early would be too much to hope for.
The dealer said 90 days, but that they were running two weeks ahead. Not sure if he factored in the rumored August month of no Audi building in Germany due to Holiday.

Was a TT owner too...
Let's face it; the A3 will be hard-pressed to match the TT for a few things, but an AUDI it is!!
I went to an automatic Nissan frontier after a 6-speed TT. Ouch dude!!! The truth of it is that I look forward to DRIVING again in my A3. In the Nissan Frontier, even though I was driving, it felt like I was a passenger. Zero feeling of vehicle responsiveness.
The A3 arrives this Wednesday.
