Check engine and EPC light...
I had the codes checked and they came up with several:
P000A - Camshaft Position Slow Response
P2293 - Fuel Pressure Regulator
P0008 - Fuel Rail
P2293 - Fuel Rail
P2294 - Fuel Rail
I need some help on what to do next...
I would not replace it until you have done the fuel filter and reset the codes. Most of the time when you get multiple codes, there is only one fault, the rest are just telling you what is happening. So when you think about it, a clogged fuel filter can provide low fuel pressure, that would result in fuel rail errors and therefore slow engine (cam) response.
I try not to just start swapping parts out (especially the expensive ones). Replacing filter and plastic bits by all means, but a cam sensor should not just fail.
Replace the filter, clear codes, go for a drive and run the scan again.

I replaced the fuel filter, cleared the codes. Turn my car on, EPC light is still on. Check engine light is off. Drive my car around for a bit. It feels the same way it did before.. I'll get to 3000 RPM and it feels a little rough, in any gear.
I get home, turn car off, back on, engine light and EPC are on. Rescan for codes:
1 code = 2294 for Fuel Rail. Thats the only one that's coming on right now.
Possible Causes:
Fuel Pressure too Low
Intake Camshaft Failure
Possible Solutions
Check Measuring Values for Fuel Pressure
Check for bent/squeezed Fuel Lines
Check Fuel Pressure System for Leaks
Check Fuel Filter & Filter in Fuel Pump
Check Fuel Quantity supplied by the Fuel Pump
Check the Fuel Pressure first. (do you have a VCDS available?).
Go to - Special Functions
Checking Fuel Pressure
Prerequisites:
Ignition ON
Engine ON (Idle)
System voltage at least 11.0 V.
Coolant Temperature at least 80 °C

Group 103
[Go!]
Field 1: Fuel Pressure (Low), Specification: 2800...7200 mbar
Field 2: Fuel Pump Adaptation, Specification: -1000...+1000 %
Group 140
[Go!]
Field 3: Fuel Rail Pressure (High), Specification: 25.0...110.0 bar
Increase the Engine Speed while checking this value, the Pressure has to rise with the Engine Speed.
Group 230
[Go!]
Field 1: Specified Fuel Rail Pressure (High)
Field 2: Actual Fuel Rail Pressure (High), Specification: 25.0...110.0 bar
Field 3: Deviation between specified and actual fuel pressure, Specification: max. 5.0 bar

North American Region (NAR) check TSB 2018183 (20-08-01) and verify the High Fuel Pressure Sensor (G247) Part Number
I get home, turn car off, back on, engine light and EPC are on. Rescan for codes:
