Just pulled the trigger!

Got my order in yesterday to the dealer. They put my name on an order that was already accepted by Audi and was going to be part of the regular dealership allocation, but changed a few things around for me... Now the wait begins...

On order:
2006 Silver A3
DSG
Sport
Nav+/Sound
Open Sky
Bi-Xenons

I've made it most of the way through the 3 months. In port tomorrow.

Does changing an order already in place reduce your wait time?

Same here, order went through monday. lets see who gets it first:)

I was told mid January

Lava grey, premium package, bi xenon's, Bose system, cold weather package and extra set of carpeted mats.

I've been lurking on this board for months... I've already done a lot of research on this car, and was just waiting for a number of things to fall in place before I ordered. There's always more to learn, though!

The order was already accepted by Audi, but didn't have a date fully set. I changed the color of the car yesterday, and it seemed to have bumped delivery back 2 more weeks.

My ETA is mid-late January, which works out just fine for me. I'm hoping it comes right at the end of January, because I'll have some timely cash rolling in then.
