PLease Help. Alignment problems
I own an Audi A3 TFSI 1.0 Sedan Car,
I recently suffered a car crash, the car was repaired by Audi, Ever since i got the car, the car kept on tracking left. The Audi foreman tested it and told me that the car needs to be aligned.
They did the alignment only to find that car still keeps tracking left.
the camber on the front and right tires are not equal. my current Left Camber is -0.38 and right camber is -1.07 and they tell me that cant adjust it any more than these values.
can someone please tell me if i can correct the camber on the car or i should just live with it?
thank you
If they won't accept respsonsibility, you may be able to get an adjustable camber kit. They are made for lowered cars mostly, but may work in your case.
I wouldn't live with it because your tires will wear out prematurely. To minimize the pulling, try adjusting your camber on the non-crashed side to as close to the crashed side as possible. It's the difference in cambe that's causing the pulling.
