Problem with central locking system
Greetings,
I have recently purchased a 2006 Audi A3 2.0T FSI. The main problem is that the rear doors, both left and right, do not open or lock with the remote. Second problem: the alarm doesn't beep but lights blink when I trigger it by opening rear doors after I closed the front doors with the remote. Power windows work fine, as well as all the back lights on the handle switches like the window button. I have checked the fuses next to the steering wheel that were marked in manual as having something to do with doors/locks and they all look fine. I have done a lot of searches different forums that all suggest faulty wiring harness, or the door control module. One post I found in VW forums for a GTI said that the car had similar issues and it end up being wrong coding in VCDS door module and after someone posted the correct code, doors worked fine. Could some one more knowledgeable than me, please confirm I have right coding in my VCDS before I replace both control modules. I have attached full scan below. Thank you.
