Dynamic Front Turn Indicators?

Why don't we get front dynamic turn indicators in the North America?

Is there a way for our NA cars to enable this? Thanks.

My understanding is that they are part of the new LED matrix headlights available in Europe/Asia that are not DOT approved in the US at this time
