They should be good enough for this car, based on our weather conditions on Long Island, NY, they have a nice tread life, and they double nicely as all weathers. If I absolutely need snow tires, I bought the wrong car. Based on what I've read, the Conti's will be just fine.

Your right; they are more or less impossible to find. One of my local guys (Steve at Autokicks 631-585-8880) sourced them for me in Jersey, and paired them with the Avarus AV4s when they come in on Wednesday from TireRack. (http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...All&sort=Brand).
