I was watching a review the the Lamborghini Urus the other night and the reviewer made note of how there are a few things that are obviously parts out of the VAG parts bin from other Audi models. One of the items they noted a few times was the steering wheel which looks to be a common Audi wheel with some Lamborghini touches to it. This got me wondering if the paddle modules on the Urus steering wheel could be swapped onto an Audi steering wheel. They look to be metal and don't look half bad in my opinion.

I know they are not carbon fiber like the OP is looking for but these could be a really nice alternative in general for the plastic paddles Audi is giving us right now.
