What are your thoughts on a clear bra? Do you not bother if you are doing the PPF or Ceramic Coat ? I have never done either of those but have had a clear bra on my past few cars and can't decide if i want to do it again when my new car arrives...

I'm probably more of a tint noob then you are lol. All of my previous vehicles either had factory tint or I had the dealer add on. This is my first vehicle that I'm doing all this research on. From what I read the XPEL is just better at blocking the infrared heat. Even their 70% tint blocks the same amount as their 20% tint. I posted a video above that compares it to the Suntek CIR which from my understanding was the best ceramic tint until this was released.

From my understanding a clear bra and PPF are the same thing.

Here is a video doing a heat sheet test with the FormulaOne tint. Looks like the Stratos and XR Plus pretty much have the same results.

I must admit I was about confused about that. I assumed that PPF was generally over the whole car though, rather than just the lower portion of the hood and very front of the car...

PPF or Paint Protective Film is clear bra. Clear bra comes from the initial introduction when the other option where the vinyl bras.

Interesting, yours don't seem to have the extra side sensors for the parking system plus system. I thought that was standard on the 2019 models.

Looks good though.. Can't wait for mine to get here. Those 19" wheels?
