1. Had my service (10k) this week. There was nothing wrong with the car going in. Guess what -- still nothing wrong(!). they didn't F it up. Interestingly I have had several Saabs all from same dealer (Zumbach in NYC) My first Audi is this ar and the difference at the same dealer is like night and day. The service man is courteous, asked what he could do to help me, asked if I wanted the car waxed (for extra $) replaced the wipers and washed and vacuumed it. The counter for Audi service is inside in an air-conditioned room, while the Saab slobs work it out in the garage -- no AC. It was 90 degrees. Funny how buying an Audi gets you this kind of attention while the Saab doesn't. The dollar difference for the cars I gues explains it but I think it is a policy to make the Audi customers feel a bit more pampered. It worked.
2. My bro with the G500 MB truck wants to know what I think of the Wrangler F1's for his beast af a vehicle. he currently rides on Yoko Geolanders. I suspect it would be a good fit. What do you all think? Thanks
