Accident was last March - as described in my post.

Car was repaired last year, I did post these pics after the accident maybe you remember that post.

The windshield was damaged by the passenger's side airbag, which "bounces" off the windshield

Bro, that sucks. I honestly wouldn't want that car anymore. those missed items

are going to keep popping up. I wonder if there's a way to get the insurance company to buy it from you. Those aren't "convenience" items that keep popping up, they could be safety issues. Have you tried that angle yet?
