Anyone have tip valve body problems for '03?
My mine at times shifts a tad late, a second or two from a slow stop. Have spoken with an indy transmission specialist, told me there is a problem with the valve body. The channels get from round to oval, all caused from heat and manufacturing quality. Overtime this will need to be replaced. The dealer knows about this and usually reprograms the computer in order to remedy and delay the costly replacement. Has this been a problem to anyone out there ? Like to get some feedback.

The GIAC tip chip does that, but that's a 3rd party transmission mod. Not a dealer one...
Maybe try another shop?
