cam phasing

Any one got any idea what the cam phasing are supposed to be? Cold mine are bnk1 -4deg bnk2 +5deg.Warmed up bnk1 -2 and bnk2 +7deg. Obviously somethings wrong here.I know I need a cam belt change soon,cam cover gaskets and timing chain gaskets are leaking.Can the cam phasing be corrected by cam belt replace,or is there a more sinister problem?
