Conversing with 2Bennet about Coilover Conversion......
The conversations with 2Bennet are simply "show me the documentation and instructions that gurantee no suspension warning lights."
Monday we follow up with a phone call.
that I had driven in the past (remember my rollover rants from the past)...sorry to make this a rant but I think it demasculates the allroad IMHO
Ok ok ok I have zero idea on how much travel it would permit, but at the very least, it would be a solution that used Off the Shelf parts.
By the way, if you are concerned about not getting suspension lights, a little bit of dash disassambly goes a long way. Example: on my old grand cherokee, I swapped in entire new axles and braking circuit master and booster from a 1 ton truck. Well, the new axles didn't have tone rings, so the ABS system didn't work, and I got a light. Solution? Pull fuse number 17, which made the light go off. Just an idea - there are problems that matter and then there are just irritants.

Clicken sie hier bitte

Bringing Audi to Life for Audi Fans
With coilovers (which I'd likely set to level 1.5 or something), I think the only feature I'd really miss is being able to toss stuff in the back and not have it drop too much/look funny/handle worse than it needs to. What you found may be a solution to that problem.
By the way, owing to what I know about the way that the allroad "senses" the height, I bet you that this would be a plug and play operation.
