Driver's side window smashed out

Got back to my 2001 allroad and the driver's side rear quarter window was smashed out. Joy.

Does anyone have details regarding how replace this window along with maintaining the defrost element. I was quoted $380 parts and labor to replace the window. Does that sound reasonable?

$380 for a window with the elements? Seems reasonable. You don't have glass coverage on your insurance policy?
