future of the allroad?

Hey, sorry if this is a faq, I don't troll this forum... Can anyone link me to any news about the future of the allroad? Does Audi plan to update it, or is it just going to fade away?

If they can't get my B6 S4 straightened out, I may just switch - but of course my dream remains a V8 quattro w/ manual transmission, and last I heard, no plans for such a thing in the allroad.

The word is that the allroads is going away in the next year or so.

But that doesnt make it a bad car to have. Whats up with the S4 that has you looking at the AR?

It will be phased out, in fact 04 might be the last year. I have sent Audi

customer service an email regarding an 4.2 6spd. Maybe everyone should!!!!!!

It's been in the shop for 4 weeks w/ a bad clutch

It's not that it's hard to fix, just parts keep having to come from germany, so it's taking forever.

And there is a problem with the throttle that is really frustrating, it's flaky, sometimes doesn't react when I press it *or* release it. very scary, and hard to demonstrate to a tech.

In 2010 the ar will still be cooler than the majority of the cars being sold then

The volume is so low most people have no clue what it is or how old it is.
