Help with engine codes
Folks,
2 days ago I was accelerating out of a parking garage and heard a pop (like a hose coming off) and then the check engine light blinked on and off for about 5 secs then went OFF
Today I was driving up a steep bridge and accelerated - the check engine light came on and stayed on - below an output from the scan
Other than hoses (and Samcos are on order - we will take everything off and check next week) - did anything else break?
Also - installed a new SAI pump - but the sound its making is not the put-put-put it used to make. Can one or both of the valves it feeds into be clogged?

You likely popped a hose on the N249 valve or the plug itself is bad or the valve itself is shot.
click on the 2.7t study guide and do a text search for the N249. you will see it.

It controls the diverter valves, if its not opening (signal from ECU) the diverters won't move. Boost can build up and pop a hose, safe mode is possible etc. Follow the hose diagram on the PDF.
