HELP PLEASE!!
I have a 2003 Allroad 2.7t and it has been a great car since the day purchased it. Just the other day I took it on a little road trip and usually I can hear my turbo's spool up around 3 grand and even when it is in second gear i can still hear them while driving, but its when i get past second gear and getting it in third gear and i start to get on the gas a little bit just to get it up to highway speeds that it sounds like there is just air pushing through and i dont hear the turbo's spooling up and im getting worried. no check engine lights have came up but I do notice a little puttering and its not turbo lag but it just feels funny. any thoughts on what it may be? im taking it in very soon for a tune up but I just want to know what it could be.

Well it turns out that my throttle body boot had a 1.5" crack on it! I swapped it out with a new one an now my car does not lack power or feel jittery. thanks for helping me narrow down the problem.
