Squirter help needed..
Searched but could not find how to install the headlight washer bumper units. Paint shop removed and now I'm reinstalling. Seems the nozzle unit must be "extended" against the closing spring somehow and then snapped into place with the 2 outer parts (cover and housing that it fits into)on bumper surface and rest of unit inside bumper, but there may be some trick to the actual assembly process. Anyone done this before??

I didn't intend a "double entendre" line on a serious question to descend into what might be offensive. I expected to attract attention to the question and, unfortunately, still have no real help on the problem.

You might try a shout out to BostonDriver or search for his id and go to his links...there
are quite a few mods in there that involved headlights and you might get some answers there....I think many are travelling for the holidays and that is why you aren't getting a better response eye catching "advertising" notwithstanding.

Spray jets for headlight washer system, removing and installing

Removing
- Remove bumper.
- Disconnect washer fluid connection of headlight cleaning system -X-.
- Disconnect connection between spray jets to washer fluid line.
- Pull spray jet covers upward at bumper and unlatch retainers using a small screwdriver.
- To remove spray jets -1-, remove both screws -2- in each case.
- Loosen Phillips screw -4- at spray jet retainer -3-.
Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:
- Secure spray jets -1- by threading in the two mounting screws -2- at bumper.
- Thread in Phillips screw -4- at spray jet retainer -3-.
- Set cover for spray jets in place and engage audibly.
- Connect washer fluid line to spray jets.
- Connect washer fluid connection of headlight cleaning system -X-.
- Install bumper.
