Suspension Fault Code
I have a 2001 2.7T(96,000 miles).I started getting the suspension warning light last week. I checked the fault codes with VAG and got the following:
Address 34: Level Control Labels: 4Z7-907-553.LBL
Part No: 4Z7 907 553 H
Component: - 2C1A1 D053
Coding: 25500
Shop #: WSC 00000
1 Fault Found:
01773 - Level Control Accumulator Valve (N311)
31-00 - Open or Short to Ground
The suspension system does not seem to be working at all, however there does not appear to be any visible sagging in any corner of the car. The compressor is not running.
In the last year I have already had a considerable amount of suspension work done on the car, including a new ride hight control module, compressor, and valve control unit. Fortunately, this was all covered by extended warranty which is now expired.
Any help or advise would be much appreciated.
