The bumper and bumper cover concerns me but the wiring scared me less than any other part of the install.
I wired many cars and the only problem is that some recommend at hot lead from the battery, however there is a new wiring box that does not require a hot lead from the battery and will not give you a bulb error on the dash from the computer system. However, on my former 99 Avant, I used the hot lead, but for a different purpose on my trailer, which I got from the 12v cig outlet in the rear, therefore if you already have the wiring box you can avoid running a hot lead from the engine compartment and use that.
I can try and get you a part number or more information on that alternate box that does not require a hot lead.
