Weird issue!

Just got my new AR today, and a couple of hours later, as i am driving, the suspension light comes on, immediately followed by the dynamic headlight dimmer control. The suspension seems to be working (up and down), but both lights are steady lit. Calling the dealer tomorrow morning. Anybodu has any idea what the problem might be and if it can be dealt with without going to the dealer? Thanks for your suggestions in advance.

yep similar problems have been discussed, it's a repair item

Do you know if it's going to take a long time to fix?Is it a suspension or headlights problem?Thanks

Try to 'reset' computer by fully depressing gas pedal (until hear a click) while ignition key is in second position (all instrument lights are on, engine not running).

I think the HID headlight level sensor may also have something to do...

with the suspension height adjustment, or vice-versa. My new AR had the suspension light on and replacing the headlght sensor fixed it. Bad news is that this is a supposedly common problem and the part will probably have to be ordered (or backordered), meaning 2 trips to the dealer. 1 for diagnosis and 1 for installation. My service writer said that Audi is using 1 part to do 2 things, which I guess makes sense, but can give multiple fault lights.
