Will replacing airbags with Konis cause ESP and ABS lights?

Will replacing airbags with Konis cause ESP and ABS lights?
I'm looking at buying an allroad with Koni coilovers instead of the airbag suspension and both the ABS and ESP lights are on. No other lights are illuminated (no CEL.) Could these be caused by the car not finding the bags/compressor?

Scan resulted in a bad ABS sensor code for one of the wheels and a faulty traction control pump. So, no, the Arnott coilovers weren't the cause of the codes. I bought the car, now added to my sig, an '01 6mt allroad stage 3-.
