It's a Belgian thing :-) Some areas over here do not have a 400V installation, but only 3x230V. In order to charge at 11Kwh, an installation of a special transfo is needed, which create an "artificial neuter". No worries, I knew that, so that's what was installed.
Trouble is that the charging station that was installed, appearantly couldn't handle the transfo, and kept resetting every minute or so.
Solution was to change the charging station (other brand), which works flawlessly.
Sounds easy once you know what the problem was and how to fix it, but it did take two weeks to get there.
Lost quite some sleep over it (imaging buying a car like this, and not being able to charge it).
