Audi e-tron software problems
Let's list some software issues what are in Audi e-tron (at least MY 2019)
Are any of these software issues resolved in your Audi e-tron?
- navigation guidance is no longer shown in the instrument cluster (https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...78823-0001.pdf)
- shortcut keys forget their assigned places and default view is restored once a week or so
- home address is forgotten around once a week

From the TSB from below, I guess our next best hope of any fixes is this:
What comes first, Covid-19 herd immunity or basic software fixes to the e-tron MMI?
- Explain to the customer that a solution is forthcoming for the 2nd quarter of 2021 and that no repairs are necessary at this point. Do not replace any components for this condition since this will not resolve the customer’s concern.

2. Same problem for me and everyone else
3. I must be lucky but I have not had problem no 3. I have had the car since sept 2019

I had this issue and service fixed this when I asked about this TPI. They don't fix the issue if you don't ask it. Spideymd, you should ask if you sep '19 car should have this fix before warranty ends.

I brought this TSB into both of my Audi SAs at both BH and FJ. They said the typical, "unable able to replicate customer's concern. Verifed working. Tried on another eTron with similar success."
One of SAs did at least attach to SVM in attempts to update, but he said that my SW version was higher than the TSB.
