Exit Malfunction Light
Anyone recently deal with this? Doesnt come on if set to basic, only when set to individual or maximum. Went to dealer, they had no idea, said needs diagnostics.... well I found a TSB on the issue, basically says it needs a software update. How could they not know??

There is not a ton of training provided to service advisors and they are not techs. You will often know far more about your car than they do.
Now why they do not have a robust desktop search capability which offers all of this up to them when they enter your client portfolio is because of the stupid dealership model. Otherwise they would have current software with a little "AI" tool pointing the to potential issues. We are lucky there is enough coordination for the to be able to troubleshoot the current battery issue.

Can you explain a it more about the OBDeleven if you dont mind?

this is the one I purchased, you can purchase it from the OBDeleven website for a bit less I believe. You just click scan in the OBDeleven app and then it will let you view faults and you can just click clear and it goes back to normal.
