I don't think mines ever dropped! It's always a 100% and the aircon + fragrance is always on...even if it does switch off what feels like everytime I switch the car off

Yeah I've never seen it drop below 100% and I keep fragrance turned on and it's been the same canisters since 2019. So I suspect that the fragrance level sensors are non-operational. Or the MMI doesn't know how to talk to them over the CAN bus.

Took it to 3 different dealers, none could see a problem. One of them told me 'since it was replaced 6 months ago and they forgot to reset it for you, we did it' so I got 100% for both again. It's been about 3 months after reset and I noticed winter is at 99% now. I doubt its current level as after 8 months it should use more than that but it's going down...
