Default Quick Question

The dealership where I purchased my 2021 Etron stated that the range is 220-230 miles, yet when I charge it the highest it will indicate is 208 miles. Am I missing something?

Not missing anything. It depends on how you were driving prior to the recharge, how much accessories (mainly heat or a/c) you have on.

In your short term memory in driving data - What are the recent Average consumption of energy readings?

The GOM (Guess-O-Meter) that estimates your miles on the E Tron, unlike the Tesla GOM, actually factors in driver settings, cabin conditions, temperature, and other factors that will effect how much power is drawn from the battery. The dip you are seeing is pretty typical.

Range has all to do with driving style [lead foot], speed, weather temperature, wind etc. When I drive around on back roads my full charge is 220 on the 2021 Prestige with 21" wheels. When out on the highway doing 80MPH it's around 180 miles.
When temperatures dip down in the 30's the highway mileage is 165 miles. So speed/style has the greatest effect but temperature and wind can play a part in your range. Over time you will experience variations in range and learn what caused it.

Thanks. I almost always drive in dynamic mode because I like the responsiveness, and I assume this depletes the battery faster.

That's considered within spec. EPA for 2021 eTron SUV is 222.

Your planned route also determines the range. Audi navigation accounts for changes in elevation on your route so your range will change as well.

EVs are also sensitive to weight, headwinds, and accessories your running such as hvac, seat coolers, massaging chairs, etc...

I don't believe that is entirely true. If you click on vehicle settings (I actually forget which screen this this is again...) there is a little graphic that shows how much range is rained/lost for cooling/heating, even seat heating settings. The range is suppose to give a better estimate if you put in your destination on the E-tron's navigation system since it'll take topography of the route into account.

There are probably other factors the system is using in the background. However, since Audi is very opaque about how it works, its impossible to really tell.

When you enter in a destination for Navigation, it takes into account speed limits and altitude, making it more accurate.
